BARCELONA CRASH OUT OF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE AFTER A SHOCK LOSS TO ROMA

Barcelona suffered a shock Champions League defeat at the hands of Roma, losing 3-0 in their quarterfinal second leg at the Stadio Olimpico to go out 4-4 on aggregate.
Kostas Manolas scored the late goal that handed Barcelona just their fourth loss of the season in all competitions and first in the Champions League this campaign, while ending any hopes of a Treble for Ernesto Valverde's team.
The hosts were looking to overturn a 4-1 deficit from the first leg at the Camp Nou and were on their way in the sixth minute when Edin Dzeko expertly settled a long ball over the top of the Barcelona defence from Daniele De Rossi and poked the ball into the back of the net with his next touch.
The win sees Roma into their first-ever Champions League semifinal in club history. They are joined by Liverpool, who beat Man City 5-1 on aggregate in the day's other UCL match, and will await their last-four opponent pending the result of Wednesday's matches with Bayern Munich leading Sevilla 2-1 and Real Madrid holding a 3-0 aggregate lead over Juventus.
